Our Team at Healthy Together was new to the Public health software solution market, competing with slow-moving established corporations, providing expensive, limited, fragmented solutions. To acquire new customers and establish their trust, our team needed to fully understand their needs and be committed to the right solution for them by providing first-class user experience for mobile and desktop applications and also making sure scalable, cloud-based, and HIPPA-compliant SaaS platforms to be cost-effective and efficient in public health initiatives.

We began by listening closely to the customer's feedback, iterating on solutions until we arrived at a product that provided flexibility and met their needs efficiently and cost-effectively. We delivered a first-class user experience so our customers could easily use our product without requiring extensive training or support.
